JOB OVERVIEW

HIRING: Insurance Virtual Assistant – Part-Time or Full-Time | Personal & Commercial Lines | QQCatalyst Required

We are currently hiring an Insurance Virtual Assistant open to both part-time or full-time roles, with hands-on experience supporting U.S. insurance agencies—particularly in both Personal and Commercial Lines.

This role is ideal for someone experienced with California agencies and carriers, comfortable with quoting and policy servicing, and proficient in QQCatalyst (required).

Key Responsibilities
Handle quoting for Personal and Commercial Lines, including Auto, Home, Renters, BOP, Property, Workers’ Comp, and other commercial coverages
Assist with policy servicing tasks such as endorsements, renewals, and policy changes
Work within QQCatalyst AMS to manage client policies and documentation
Communicate with insurance carriers regarding quotes, policy updates, and underwriting requirements
Review policy documents and ensure accuracy before sending to clients
Support daily insurance agency operations and follow up on pending items

Required Qualifications
Experience working with U.S. insurance agencies, preferably California-based agencies
Strong experience in both Personal and Commercial Lines (quoting and servicing)
Hands-on experience with QQCatalyst AMS (required)
Must have experience with all or majority of these carriers: Bamboo, Aegis, Progressive, Kemper, Travelers, and other commercial carriers in California
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable working in a remote and fast-paced environment
