HIRING: Full-Time Insurance Virtual Assistant – Homeowners Insurance | Quoting & Servicing Support
We are currently hiring a highly experienced Full-Time Insurance Virtual Assistant with a strong background in Homeowners Insurance.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in quoting, policy servicing, underwriting support, and client communication. We are looking for a detail-oriented VA who understands insurance workflows and can support daily agency operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Homeowners Insurance quoting and policy processing
Assist with new business submissions and underwriting documentation
Support policy servicing tasks, including endorsements and renewals
Communicate with carriers and underwriters regarding policy requirements
Make outbound and inbound calls to clients for follow-ups and information gathering
Review binders and policies for accuracy and completeness
Prepare and send insurance documents, certificates, and policy forms
Track underwriting status, pending items, and renewal timelines
Provide back-office administrative support for insurance operations
Required Qualifications
Proven experience working in a U.S. insurance agency environment
Strong knowledge of Homeowners Insurance processes
Experience with quoting, servicing, underwriting support, and carrier communication
Comfortable handling client calls and follow-up conversations
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced agency setting
