JOB OVERVIEW

ATTENTION: Commercial & Personal Lines Insurance Experience Required

We are currently seeking a dedicated professional with prior Commercial and/or Personal Lines insurance experience to support US-based insurance agencies (East Coast preferred but not required).

Key Responsibilities:

-Handling clerical and administrative/servicing tasks
-Assisting with policy quoting
-Managing billing and payment-related activities
-Providing exceptional customer service to clients

Qualifications:

-Commercial and/or Personal Lines insurance experience (required)
-Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
-Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
-Previous customer service experience
-Experience communicating directly with clients
