JOB OVERVIEW

Roofing & Exterior Insurance Restoration | Remote (Part-Time / Hybrid Role)

Allstate Exteriors & Restoration Services is looking for an experienced Insurance Supplements Specialist to support our growing roofing, siding, and gutter business.

This is a hybrid role combining:

Insurance supplementing & estimating (core responsibility)

Light admin & operations support (secondary tasks as needed)

We are specifically looking for someone who already has real-world experience with Xactimate and insurance supplementing — this is not an entry-level position.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Primary: Insurance Supplements & Claims Management

Write accurate and detailed Xactimate estimates and supplements

Identify scope gaps between insurance carrier estimates and actual job needs

Prepare and submit supplements with proper documentation:

- Photos
- Measurements
- Notes
- Invoices
- Code requirements

Communicate with insurance adjusters and carriers to get approvals

Follow up consistently on open claims, approvals, and payments

Track claim status and maintain organized documentation

Help ensure jobs are paid correctly and profitably

Secondary: Admin & Support Tasks

Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Update CRM/job tracking systems

Help with file organization and documentation

Support internal team with scheduling, communication, or data entry

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

? Strong Xactimate experience

? Proven experience writing insurance supplements

? Understanding of residential insurance claims process

? Experience communicating with adjusters and carriers

Background in one or more of the following is highly preferred:

Insurance Adjuster

Claims Manager

Roofing/Restoration Supplements Specialist

Insurance-based roofing or restoration sales/support

Skills We’re Looking For

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Excellent follow-up and persistence (this is critical)

Clear and professional written and verbal communication

Ability to manage multiple claims at once

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Construction Knowledge (Important)

You should understand residential exterior work, including:

Roofing

Siding

Gutters

Windows & doors

Storm damage restoration
