This role is NOT for entry-level applicants.

We are looking for an experienced insurance professional with strong hands-on experience quoting both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines.

If you do not meet the qualifications below, please do not apply. Referrals are welcome — referral rewards are available after successful onboarding and 1 month of employment.

Minimum Qualifications

DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE CRITERIA:

• 3–5+ years of insurance quoting experience
• Commercial Lines quoting experience across at least 15 LOBs
• Personal Lines quoting experience across at least 10 LOBs
• Strong understanding of the U.S. insurance quoting process
• Experience with EZLynx and/or Applied Epic
• Experience with ACORD forms
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Able to consistently follow SOPs and processes
• Comfortable handling calls, SMS, email, and client follow-ups

What You'll Do

• Prepare Commercial and Personal Lines quotes independently
• Handle submissions with minimal guidance
• Work across multiple lines of business
• Communicate with insureds/client regarding quotes and follow-ups
• Manage your tickets, follow-ups, and X-dates
• Ensure accuracy in ACORD forms and quoting documentation
• Identify potential issues and escalate them early
• Keep ticket notes and documentation updated
• Help move accounts from quote to bind
