JOB OVERVIEW

Part time 15-20 hours per week to start with room to immediately grow if your effective.
Must be able to use phone in quiet space, must have great English writing and speaking skills. Must have good grammar.

Top responsibilities: Marketing and Sales Growth thru the following tasks.
1. Create and manage LInkedin Outreach.
2. Lead generation - find small businesses with 3-49 employee's using linked in and other resources.
3. Make contact by cold calling /messaging them with goal of trying to get good follow up schedule for me to drop by.
4. Ultimate goal for me to have a meeting with DM (decision maker). Bonus's will be paid for quality DM appts set up.
5. Once we have accounts closed - we need birthday emails sent to clients/ Value added emails sent/ Appt reminders sent.
6. Use approved marketing materials I provide on Social media accounts we need to create.

Your week will be focused on Cold Calling 8-10 hrs per week (25 calls per hour avg) of new leads/ as we grow more time will shift to lead follow up. 5 hours per week of researching companies to call and approx 2 hours per week of creating basic marketing stratgety. I have had 3 other VA's in the past, some worked for me for 3 years. I am a fair boss and will pay
Bonuses for Appointments set up, accounts "closed" and additional revenue brought in by your efforts. When I grow, you grow! Please do not apply if you do not like making cold calls.
