JOB OVERVIEW

Company: Singapore-based Insurance Firm (Timezone: SGT, UTC+8)
Compensation:

* PHP 22,000/month during 3-month probation
* PHP 24,000/month after confirmation
* Plus performance-based appointment setting commissions

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our insurance team. The ideal candidate will have proven telemarketing or outbound calling experience and be confident in handling client conversations over the phone. Your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls, qualify leads, and set appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads daily
- Engage with clients confidently and professionally in English
- Gather lead information and qualify leads
- Schedule appointments and track follow-ups
- Meet weekly and monthly performance targets

Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, or appointment setting
- Strong communication skills and fluent English (spoken and written)
- Goal-oriented and able to handle rejections professionally
- Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Highly organized and reliable with time management
