We helps homeowners and business owners handle property insurance claims. We work on fire, water, wind, and storm damage claims and help clients pursue fair settlements from insurance companies.
We are hiring a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Insurance Claim File Coordinator / Virtual Paralegal Assistant to support daily claim operations.
What You’ll Do
Schedule property inspections with clients, contractors, and insurance representatives
Organize and maintain digital claim files, including documents, photos, reports, and correspondence
Manage claim-related
Draft routine
Make outbound calls to U.S. insurance companies and adjusters to confirm documents and check claim status
Track claim deadlines and follow-up dates
Help prepare demand packages and upload supporting documents
Provide claim status updates to clients when needed
Keep file logs and task trackers updated daily
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in virtual assistance, legal support, insurance, claims, or administrative work
Strong written and spoken English
Comfortable making professional phone calls to U.S.-based insurance companies
Highly organized and able to manage multiple active files
Able to work independently and follow instructions carefully
Proficient with
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Preferred but Not Required
Experience with U.S. insurance claims or law firms
Familiarity with Xactimate, ClaimXperience, or property claims workflows
Experience using CRM or project management tools
