We are currently seeking a reliable and personable Customer Service Representative to join our insurance agency team. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, provide insurance quotes, manage insurance policies, enjoy working with people and performing basic administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
-Respond promptly with new insurance quotes
-Provide excellent customer service
-Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction
-Maintain comprehensive records and enter and update customer information accurately within CRM systems
-Assist with daily office and administrative tasks
-Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Requirements:
-Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is required
-Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
-Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with good phone etiquette
-Basic computer skills
-Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
-Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for issue resolution
Preferred (Not Required):
-Previous customer service, call center, or office experience
-Insurance or administrative background
-Experience using Quote Rush and EZ Links
-Experience using Insurance Carrier Website and Portals
