JOB OVERVIEW

Health Advising with Henry LLC, a US health insurance agency, is looking for a reliable appointment setter to follow up with warm leads and book appointments. These are people who already requested information about health coverage — you are NOT cold calling. You'll reach out, confirm their interest, and schedule a time for our licensed agent to help them.

You'll use our custom web dashboard (one lead at a time — very simple) and dial through our phone system.

Your job:

Follow up with warm leads from our dashboard, up to 3 attempts each, ~100 leads per day
Follow a simple script — you are NOT selling or quoting anything, only confirming interest and booking an appointment
Log the outcome of each call in the dashboard (one click)
Honor any "do not call" requests immediately

You do NOT need an insurance license. You will never discuss prices, plan details, or give advice — you only set the appointment for our licensed agent.

Must have:

Clear, confident spoken English with a neutral/American-friendly accent
Reliable computer + fast internet + quiet space + headset
Phone or customer service experience
Comfortable making follow-up calls throughout the day
Available during US Eastern business hours (8am–8pm ET calling window)

Base pay plus a bonus per appointment that results in a sale. PAID WEEKLY VIA WISE. PLEASE SEND AUDIO RECORDING
