We’re looking for a full-time Insurance Appointment Setter to support a US-based consulting business. This role involves high-volume outbound calling to business owners, educating prospects, and booking qualified appointments.
Requirements:
• MUST have high-volume cold calling experience (50–60+ dials/day)
• MUST have at least 1 year of appointment setting or outbound sales experience
• MUST have a basic understanding of insurance terminology (policies, renewals, production, etc.)
• MUST have excellent, clear English communication skills with a professional and confident tone
• MUST have strong ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and conversational
• MUST have high attention to detail and consistency in reporting
• MUST have a resilient mindset and ability to handle rejection professionally
• MUST be willing to work full-time with no other jobs
Qualifications and Skill Sets:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using Calendly and submitting daily activity reports
• Ability to generate consistent, qualified appointments to support business growth
