Our agency is expanding and looking for a full time Customer Service Representative for our Independent Insurance Agency close to the Atlanta, Georgia area.
Responsibilities include:
1. Answering incoming calls via RingCentral application
2. Answer customers insurance coverage questions
3. Processing customers payments and policy change requests
4. Assist in getting insurance applications signed through our e-signature platform
5. Updating customer and policy information in contact management system
6. Follow up outbound calls and
7. Other admin tasks as assigned

We are looking for someone who has experience in our agency management system QQ Catalyst as well as their rating system PL Rater. Experience with Turborater, E-Signature applications helpful.
