Seeking an organized, persistent, and customer-focused Installation Coordinator / Scheduler to coordinate our bathroom remodeling installations from scheduling through completion.
This is a fast-paced operations role connecting customers, installers, materials, and management. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing changing schedules, communicating frequently, and taking ownership of problems until they are resolved.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain weekly installation schedules.
• Assign installers based on availability, job requirements, location, and duration.
• Coordinate full-day, half-day, service, and return appointments.
• Communicate daily with installers and obtain job-status updates.
• Adjust schedules quickly when jobs run long, customers reschedule, or materials/installers become unavailable.
• Communicate installation dates, arrival windows, delays, and changes to customers.
• Professionally handle frustrated customers and scheduling issues.
• Track open installations, punch-list items, missing materials, and return visits through completion.
• Coordinate with warehouse/material personnel to ensure jobs are ready for installation.
• Help track required customer payments and outstanding final balances.
• Keep management informed of stalled jobs or issues requiring escalation.
What We're Looking For
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Strong English phone, text, and customer communication skills.
• Persistent and comfortable following up until issues are resolved.
• Able to manage multiple jobs and priorities simultaneously.
• Calm and professional when schedules change or customers are upset.
• Proactive—looks ahead for problems instead of simply reacting to them.
• Comfortable with scheduling software, spreadsheets, messaging tools, and AI tools.
• Construction, remodeling, dispatch, field-service, or scheduling experience preferred but not required.
What Success Looks Like
Customers know what's happening. Installers know where they're going. Problems are caught early. Open jobs keep moving. Completed jobs get closed out and collected.
