JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented, and skilled Instagram Virtual Assistant to join our team.

We are an established business with a VERY strong monthly revenue, and we are hiring because we want to strengthen our operations with the right person. We have real budget for this role and are willing to offer strong compensation for someone who is dependable, organized, accountable, and capable of working at a high standard every day.

This is not a basic general VA role.
This is a serious execution role with real responsibility.

What You Will Do
- manage and support multiple Instagram accounts daily
- follow pre-made branding and account guidelines carefully
- post the right content format with the right captions at the right timing
- perform Instagram engagement and scrolling/interactions based on instructions
- conduct competitor content analysis and trend analysis
- track actions taken and keep clean, structured reports
- monitor account performance and provide useful suggestions for improvement
- fill in and update Google Sheets
- edit raw content/rushes into new pieces of content
- support performance review through metrics analysis

Requirements
- iPhone 11 or newer (multiple iPhones are a plus, but not mandatory)
- computer/laptop
- stable internet connection
- 6–8 hours of daily availability
- strong written English
- ability to follow detailed instructions exactly
- strong attention to detail
- good organizational skills
- ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks without becoming messy or careless
- ability to report clearly and accurately
- ability to work independently and stay focused

Preferred Experience
- Instagram account support or management
- multi-account daily workflows
- content posting and caption handling
- competitor research / trend research
- Google Sheets reporting
- short-form content editing
- reviewing metrics and identifying what needs improvement
