About Blueprint Workforce
Blueprint Workforce is a remote staffing platform built specifically for the construction and design industry. We connect US-based general contractors, interior designers, architects, and home service trades with pre-vetted offshore talent in the Philippines. Our clients are owner-operated firms ($500K–$10MM revenue) who need capacity but don’t have 60+ hours to recruit and train.
Every hire arrives with role-specific playbooks, onboarding SOPs, and clear success metrics. Our founder, Chris Loughney, spent a decade running luxury residential design-build projects ($1MM+) and built Blueprint from the pain he experienced firsthand.
What We Value
Serve before you sell. Every piece of content provides genuine, actionable value. We follow the Dale Carnegie philosophy—lead with what’s in it for them.
Accountability is non-negotiable. Small remote team. Every person owns their output. Deadlines are real. Flag problems early, not at the last minute.
Communication is the work. Cross-timezone operation. Overcommunicating is the standard. Never leave anyone guessing.
Craft matters. Our audience—builders, designers, tradespeople—takes pride in their work. Our content must reflect that same precision.
The Role
You’re Blueprint’s primary video and graphics editor. You turn scripts, storyboards, and creative direction into polished, scroll-stopping content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and supporting platforms. This is a structured content pipeline role—you’ll receive detailed storyboards, brand guidelines, voiceover files, and emotional pacing direction. Your job is to execute that vision consistently, on schedule, and at a high level.
What You’ll Produce
1. Animated Motion Graphic Reels (Primary Focus)
3/week minimum, 60–90 seconds each. Fully animated motion graphics with flat silhouette illustrations, math-driven text overlays, stat animations, and deliberate pacing synced to AI-generated voiceover. Not talking-head videos.
You’ll receive:
Scene-by-scene storyboard (8–12 scenes with exact timestamps)
Voiceover audio files
Visual direction per scene (background color, overlays, motion, illustrations)
Typography hierarchy, emotional arc/pacing map, color palette with hex codes
Voiceover sync points for key visual beats
You’ll deliver:
Vertical (9:16) animated video with all overlays, transitions, and branded elements
Captions/subtitles burned in or as separate file
Platform-ready exports for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
2. YouTube Long-Form + Shorts
8–20 minute videos with section titles, lower thirds, b-roll, and branded transitions. Clip highlights into Shorts for the short-form pipeline.
3. Cross-Platform Adaptation
Adapt all content across platforms: remove watermarks, adjust aspect ratios, modify CTAs, ensure native-quality exports for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts,
