JOB OVERVIEW

I run a social media agency that builds personal brands for business owners. I'm hiring a graphic designer who understands story sequences someone who gets that the job isn't just making pretty slides, it's keeping the viewer's thumb moving to the next tap.

What you'll do:

Design Instagram story sequences for me and my clients
Turn provided scripts into clean, scroll stopping slide sequences
Occasional design work for other brand needs as they come up

What I'm looking for:

You understand retention psychology hooks, pacing, curiosity gaps, payoff
You design for conversion, not just aesthetics
Your work is clean, simple, and readable in a second or less
You move fast without sacrificing quality
You can commit to steady, ongoing output

What this is not:

Not a "make it look cool" role
Not a one off gig I want someone I can work with long term
