The brand SATISFOREST is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Instagram Social Media Manager who will take full responsibility for growing, managing, and operating our Instagram account on a daily basis.

This role is primarily focused on Instagram growth.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Growing the Instagram account organically
• Creating and planning Instagram Reels
• Managing the account and handling all daily Instagram tasks

We are specifically looking for someone who already has real experience doing this for a fitness or mindset coach.

If you have not previously managed and grown an Instagram account for a fitness / mindset coach for at least 1 year, this position is not suitable.

Your Main Responsibilities (Highest Priority)

Your primary focus will be Instagram growth and daily account management.

Your daily work will include:

• Creating Reels concepts and viral hooks
• Planning and organizing a Reels-focused content strategy
• Posting and managing Reels, posts, and stories
• Managing the Instagram account on a daily basis
• Replying to comments and messages
• Interacting with the community to increase engagement
• Researching viral Reels and current Instagram trends
• Improving reach and follower growth
• Tracking performance and optimizing future content

Your #1 goal is to consistently increase reach, engagement, and followers.

Minimum Requirements (Very Important)

You must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience managing an Instagram account for a fitness or mindset coach
• Proven experience creating Reels and growing reach
• Experience handling daily Instagram account tasks
• Ability to create engaging and viral Reel concepts

You must be able to show proof of this experience.

Examples include:

• Instagram accounts you managed
• Reels you created
• Growth results you achieved
