JOB OVERVIEW

We are Novair Health — a six-figure/month DTC supplement brand selling Debloat,
the first men's facial debloating and jawline definition supplement. We sell to
a specific demographic: young men aged 18–35 who are lean, gym-trained, deep in
fitness culture, and obsessed with optimizing their appearance. We know our
customer. We know our numbers. We move fast.

We are hiring a full-time Instagram Social Media Manager — organic only. This is
NOT a paid ads role. If your background is primarily paid social, do not apply.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with flexible hours. You will be
required to track your time using a time tracker of your choice from day one.
No exceptions. All communication is done exclusively through ---------- . If you are
not on ---------- or are not comfortable using it as your primary communication
platform, do not apply.

Base pay is $3/hour. Top performers receive significant performance bonuses tied
to measurable outcomes — engagement growth, follower growth, content quality,
and consistency. We pay well for people who produce. We part ways quickly with
people who don't.

We will provide all necessary tools including Claude AI, Freepik, and any other
software required to do the job at a high level. You focus on the work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Create and post Instagram Stories daily
- Build and maintain organized Instagram Highlights
- Create static posts and carousel content
- Edit and post organic Instagram Reels (Instagram-native — NOT CapCut templates,
NOT YouTube-style edits, NOT generic reposts)
- Manage and respond to Instagram DMs professionally
- Monitor and delete hate comments and false accusations on our ad posts
(customers accusing us of being a scam, fraudulent, or a copy of another brand)
— this must be done quickly and consistently

YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

- Proven experience managing Instagram for at least one ecommerce brand — not
a personal account, not a local business, an actual product-based ecommerce brand
- The ability to show us accounts you managed with before/after follower counts
and engagement data — no proof, no interview
- Experience creating Instagram Reels specifically — you understand hooks,
retention, and what makes someone stop scrolling on Instagram
- Graphic design competency — you can create clean, on-brand visual assets
without being given a template for every single post
- Basic video editing skills for short-form Instagram content
- Strong written English — you will be writing captions, responding to DMs,
and representing our brand publicly
- Experience with any time tracking software
- Understanding of the men's fitness, supplement, and self-improvement space —
you need to understand who our customer is and what content resonates with him

Q1. List 2–3 Instagram accounts you managed for ecommerce brands. Give us the
handle, the follower count when you started, the current or final follower count,
and which content formats performed best.

Q2. Send links or examples of Reels you have created. We need to see that you
understand Instagram-native short-form content.

Q3. Our brand sells to young men who are lean, go to the gym 5x a week, and are
frustrated that their face looks bloated despite having a great body. Describe
the content strategy you would build for our Instagram in the first 30 days.
Be specific — post types, cadence, tone, content angles.

Q4. A customer comments on one of our ads: "This brand is a scam and a fake copy
of [competitor]. Don't buy from these fraudsters." Walk us through exactly what
you do.

Q5. What AI tools have you used in a content workflow? Give us a real example —
walk us through how you used AI to produce a specific piece of content.

Q6. What time tracking software have you used and for how long?
