JOB OVERVIEW

I'm a running coach and content creator growing two Instagram accounts (running / fitness coaching + personal brand). I need a reliable, detail-obsessed editor who can deliver clean, consistent edits every day.

ROLE 1 – VIDEO EDITOR (main priority, daily)

- Edit talking-head videos from raw footage I provide: cuts, auto captions, headings and light background music, following my template (including green screen style edits - cut me out of footage and place over relevant backgrounds)
- Every talking head uses relevant background images that match what I'm saying. YOU find all the images – free stock sites (Pexels, Unsplash), screenshots of articles/studies/headlines, or anything that fits the topic. My scripts will include notes like [visual: runner on track] to guide you
- Edit running / lifestyle reels and voiceover videos for my main account using my shot lists and reference videos
- Weekly deliverables (included in the monthly rate): 16 talking heads, 2 reels, 1 voiceover video, 1 series/lifestyle video
- Export at 1080p, 9:16
- Raw footage is uploaded to Google Drive by 10:00 UK time. Finished edits must be in the Drive folder by 07:00 UK time the next morning (afternoon Philippines time, so you can work flexible hours)
- 1 round of revisions per video included
- You do NOT need access to my Instagram accounts. You deliver files only

ROLE 2 – CONTENT RESEARCH (weekly, 2-3 hours)

- Find viral outlier reels (5x+ a creator's average views) in the running / fitness coaching niche
- Log each one in a Google Sheet: link, views, the hook word-for-word, format, structure, CTA, why you think it worked, and a remake idea for me
- Send me your top 7 by Saturday each week

PAY STRUCTURE

- Trial (1-2 weeks): paid per video – $3 per talking head, $10 per reel, $6 per voiceover/series video
- After the trial: $300/month fixed for the weekly deliverables above
- Extras beyond the agreed amount: $3 per talking head, $10 per reel
- Paid monthly, always on time

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

- Have real CapCut experience (show me examples)
- Follow instructions and templates exactly – this job is about consistency
- Can reliably deliver next-day turnaround 6 days a week
- Have a laptop, stable internet and your own Instagram account
- Understand Reels: hooks, captions, pacing
- Communicate proactively – if something's unclear, you ask instead of guessing
