JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring several posters. This post is long on purpose — we want people who read the whole thing.

What you’re signing up for:
Your own Instagram account, set up with our help (You will NOT use your personal account!). We send you the content; you post Reels and Stories, and keep your tracking link in place. There’s no shift, no fixed schedule, and no minimum you have to hit. You d ---------- how much you work, and every hour you work is paid.

What we’re not:
We’re not a client who invents new instructions every week. There’s a documented SOP, a dashboard, and a supervisor you can message. And we’re not going to micromanage your day — if you’d rather be told exactly when to be online, this isn’t the right fit.

What we filter hardest for:
Self-direction. Not experience, not talent, not a big portfolio. The people who do well here are the ones who get started without being told to.

What you need:

- Any phone that runs Instagram properly
- Stable internet and reliable power
- Written English good enough for SOPs and team chat

Pay and growth:
We go through the full pay structure with you in the first chat. People who prove reliable over time take on more and earn more — everyone on our team started exactly where you’d start.
