JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to help grow our fraternity’s Instagram presence by targeting Black and Hispanic male freshmen and sophomores at a university. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and follow qualified Instagram profiles based on a provided Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct targeted Instagram outreach based on detailed SOP guidelines.
Identify and follow profiles of Black and Hispanic male freshmen and sophomores using class-specific pages, hashtags, and content history.
Verify profile details, including class year, using bio information or post history (e.g., move-in day photos, campus events).
Engage with profiles by liking and commenting on posts to build rapport.
Track all outreach efforts in a Google Sheets tracker, logging username, class year, and engagement status.
Qualifications:

Familiarity with Instagram platform and tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
Excellent research and organizational skills.
Experience in social media management or outreach is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines.
Expectations:

You will be provided with a comprehensive SOP to guide your work.
Must be able to identify Black and Hispanic male profiles and verify their connection to the university.
Ensure consistent tracking and reporting of your progress.
