JOB OVERVIEW

What We Do:
We specialize in organic Instagram and TikTok growth. Through psychology-driven targeting and consistent daily actions, we help accounts grow authentically. Every day, new followers come into our ecosystem, and we build relationships to convert these followers into real clients. Alongside that, we use outreach on platforms like Upwork to expand our client base and grow our services further.

Your Responsibilities:

Proactively message new Instagram followers, build rapport, and foster relationships.
Set appointments via Instagra ---------- ssaging, ensuring smooth transitions.
Conduct cold outreach, identifying potential leads on Instagram.

Flexible Work Hours:

Plan around 2 to 4 hours daily, depending on outreach needs.
Handle outreach on one to two Instagram accounts simultaneously.

Bonus Points:

If you can manage Upwork outreach too, that’s a big plus! We have tutorials to help you write proposals there.
