JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined Instagram Lead Generation Specialist who can consistently generate and verify 300+ qualified leads per day. This role requires hands-on experience with Instagram scraping tools, lead validation, duplicate removal, and CRM imports.

This is not an entry-level role. The right candidate understands platform limitations, account safety, data hygiene, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Scraping
• Scrape Instagram accounts using approved scraping tools
• Manage scraping intervals carefully to avoid account restrictions or suspensions
• Adjust scraping strategy when initial results do not meet required criteria

Lead Qualification & Filtering
• Manually review scraped leads to ensure they meet required follower thresholds
• Verify that leads are business or store accounts, not personal profiles
• Remove duplicates and irrelevant accounts
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency

Data Processing & Imports
• Run email verification processes (e.g., Unbounce or similar tools)
• Import verified leads into Apollo or comparable CRM platforms
• Maintain clean and structured lead lists

Optimization & Adjustments
• Perform additional scraping when lead quality or volume is below target
• Make necessary refinements to targeting criteria
• Ensure daily output targets are met without compromising quality

Daily Output Expectations
• Minimum 300 verified, qualified leads per day
• Average workload: approximately 8 hours per day, depending on lead quality and scraping efficiency

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience with Instagram scraping tools
• Strong understanding of Instagram platform limitations and account safety
• Experience filtering business vs personal accounts
• Familiarity with lead verification tools
• Experience importing leads into Apollo or similar CRMs
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets

Preferred Experience
• Experience working with large lead volumes
• Understanding of B2B lead qualification standards
• Prior work in outbound sales or growth operations

• Process-driven and methodical
• Comfortable with repetitive verification tasks
• Quality-focused, not shortcut-driven
• Communicates clearly when adjustments or additional time are required
