JOB OVERVIEW

Hey! I’m looking for someone who can help me aggressively generate high-quality leads for my online fitness coaching business through Instagram.

This is more than just responding to DMs. I’m looking for someone who can actively hunt for potential clients every day and consistently build a pipeline of prospects.

Your responsibilities would include:
• Engaging with every new follower I receive and starting conversations with them when appropriate. ( I have saved replies you can easily click on as well for the initial message)

• Scrubbing Instagram for high-intent prospects — for example, finding people commenting things like “COACH,” “INFO,” “HOW,” etc. under posts from larger fitness/bodybuilding/fitness coaching accounts, since these people are actively showing interest in coaching.

• Cold outreach at high volume — sending as many quality DMs as Instagram reasonably allows each day while still making the messages personalized enough to actually start conversations.

• Finding potential clients through Instagram search, hashtags, followers of relevant fitness accounts, engagement on fitness content, and similar sources.

• Following high-quality potential leads to get on their radar and engaging with their content where appropriate.

• Unfollowing low-quality/unresponsive prospects after an appropriate period so the account stays organized and the following list doesn’t become cluttered.

• Tracking conversations and prospects so we know who has been contacted, who responded, who is interested, who needs follow-up, and who is no longer a prospect.

• Following up consistently with people who showed interest but didn’t book or move forward.

• Ultimately, the goal is to identify people who are likely to need online coaching, start conversations with them, qualify them, and get qualified prospects onto calls with me.

I’m looking for someone who is very proactive. I don't want someone who sits around waiting for followers or inbound messages. I want someone who is constantly looking for new opportunities and finding people who could realistically become coaching clients while I handle pushing out quality content.

I’m especially interested in someone who can work consistently every day, handle high DM volume, stay organized, and focus on quality prospects rather than just sending random messages.

Additional Lead Generation Experience (Bonus):
While Instagram will be the primary focus, having experience with other platforms, software, or lead-generation methods is a major plus. For example, if you know how to find qualified prospects through LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, or other platforms and successfully direct them to my Instagram or coaching website, that would be extremely valuable.

If you have experience using AI tools, automations, or other software to find, research, qualify, or generate high-quality leads, that is an even bigger plus. I’m especially interested in someone who can leverage AI to make the lead-generation process more efficient and consistently bring in more qualified prospects.

I’m looking for someone who can think outside the box and continuously find new ways to generate qualified leads, rather than being limited to one platform or method. The more value and qualified leads you’re able to bring to the business, the more your pay will increase and your performance will be rewarded.
