• Instagram Reels
• Facebook content strategy
• Viral editing styles
• Personal branding
• Audience psychology
• Social growth systems
• Luxury / aspirational content positioning

You will take raw content from us and turn it into polished, high-performing content while also helping guide overall strategy.

Your Responsibilities
• Edit Instagram Reels & Facebook videos
• Create engaging captions/hooks
• Add subtitles, transitions, music, pacing, zooms, effects, etc.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips
• Help create content strategies for maximum exposure
• Schedule and organize content
• Recommend trending formats/styles
• Help grow our audience and engagement
• Help position the brand to attract successful entrepreneurs and investors

What We’re Looking For
You MUST have:
• Experience growing Instagram and/or Facebook accounts
• Strong short-form video editing skills
• Understanding of viral content psychology
• Experience editing lifestyle, fitness, luxury, travel, business or real estate content
• Strong English communication
• Fast turnaround times
• Ability to think creatively and strategically

Bonus if you have experience with:
• Real estate content
• Fitness influencers
• Luxury/lifestyle brands
• Personal brands
• AI editing tools
• Thumbnail creation
• Content planning systems
