Instagram Engagement VA – Australian High-End Construction

GRW Developments | Melbourne, Australia
Remote – Philippines
Part-time: Approx. 5–7 hours per week

GRW Developments is a Melbourne-based construction company specialising in high-end residential and architectural builds.

We are looking for a reliable Instagram Engagement VA to help us actively engage with relevant people and businesses on Instagram and steadily grow our presence within the Australian construction industry.

Important: This is NOT a content creation role

We will continue to create and post all of our own photos, videos, Reels and project content.

Your role is to manage the daily engagement and activity around our account.

Your Role

You will spend approximately 1 hour per weekday actively using the GRW Developments Instagram account.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Like and engage with relevant Australian construction content
* Follow carefully selected and relevant accounts
* Leave genuine, thoughtful comments on posts
* Reply to comments made on GRW posts
* Re-engage with people who regularly interact with GRW
* Engage with followers of relevant Australian construction accounts
* Build relationships with people and businesses within the industry
* Identify interesting accounts for GRW to follow
* Flag important DMs, enquiries or potential opportunities for us
* Provide a simple weekly activity report

Who We Want GRW Engaging With

The primary focus is Melbourne and Australian high-end residential construction.

This includes:

* High-end residential builders
* Construction companies
* Carpenters and quality trades
* Building suppliers and manufacturers
* Construction photographers
* Developers
* Building industry publications
* Architects
* Interior designers
* Landscape designers
* Property and residential design accounts
* People genuinely interested in high-quality residential construction

The goal is quality, not follower numbers.

We want GRW’s Instagram network to represent the type and quality of construction work we undertake.

What We DON’T Want

No bots.

No automated engagement.

No mass following/unfollowing.

No spam DMs.

No generic comments such as “Amazing ????”, “Great work!” or copy-and-paste responses.

Every interaction from the GRW account should feel like it came from someone who genuinely looked at the project or post.

For example:

Good:
“Beautiful execution of the curved brickwork.”

Good:
“Really clean transition between the stone and timber.”

Bad:
“Awesome work ????????????”

Hours

Approximately 5–7 hours per week, Monday–Friday.

We would prefer smaller amounts of activity each day rather than completing all hours on one day.

This may become a larger ongoing role if it works well.

Rate

US$4–6 per hour, depending on experience.

We are looking for a long-term working relationship with the right person.

* Good understanding of Instagram
* Experience with Instagram engagement/community management
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to understand the difference between high-quality construction content and generic building content
* Reliable and able to work independently
* Familiarity with Australian construction, property or real estate would be highly regarded
