Instagram DM Setter / VA For Online Fitness Coaching Brand
Remote Position | Part-Time | Base Salary + High Performance Bonuses
I’m looking for a hungry, switched-on Virtual Assistant to help grow my online fitness coaching business through Instagram DMs and influencer outreach.

This is NOT a copy-paste spam role.

I’m looking for somebody who:
- has common sense
- can communicate naturally & enjoys talking to people
- understands human conversation
- genuinely cares about doing good work
- is motivated by performance and making more money

If you’re the type of person that blindly follows scripts without thinking, this role is NOT for you.
But…
If you enjoy sales psychology, conversations, social media, lead generation, and being part of a growing online business — you’ll love this role.
Your Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible for:
- Instagram Engagement & DM Setting
- Messaging story viewers
- Replying to post interactions
- Starting conversations with new followers
- Following up warm leads
- Building relationships naturally
- Booking qualified calls into the calendar
- Influencer Outreach- Researching niche-relevant influencers- Contacting them using our outreach systems
- Tracking responses and opportunities
- Daily Communication
- Daily check-ins initially
- Reporting KPIs and conversations
Giving feedback and improving systems over time

Important: This Is NOT A “Script Reading” Role
You WILL receive:
- Full training
- DM playbooks
- Proven frameworks
- AI support tools
- message examples
- onboarding guidance

But your job is to THINK.
The goal is natural conversation - not robotic copy/paste replies.

I care much more about: emotional intelligence, communication skills, initiative, problem solving than “VA experience.”

Pay Structure
Base Salary
$250/ month
Hours
4 hours/day
6 days/week
Performance Bonuses:
• $10 for every discovery call successfully booked through your outreach
• $50 for every paid client sign-up that originates from your outreach
The better you perform, the more you earn.

You’d be a great fit if:, you reply quickly, you’re organised. you’re proactive, you learn fast, you genuinely care, you’re money motivated, you’re comfortable chatting with people online, you can adapt conversations naturally.
Bonus points if you: understand Instagram, have worked in sales/customer service, understand fitness/coaching
have experience with appointment setting
