JOB OVERVIEW

Capture Park is a short-form video agency based in Riverside, California.
Our founder Roger built 300K+ YouTube subscribers and 500K+ combined
followers from scratch with $0 in paid ads under the creator ---------- now build that same content system for Inland Empire
local businesses. We have 2 active paying clients with real results —
and we're growing.

Here's why this role is an easy sell: only about 30% of local businesses
use video at all, so most prospects already know they're behind. You're
not convincing anyone that video matters. You're simply showing them
that someone local, proven, and credible can do it for them. When a
prospect ---------- on YouTube, they find 300K real subscribers
built organically. The credibility does the heavy lifting — your job is
just to start the conversation.

WHO YOU'LL BE REACHING OUT TO:
- Med spas and aesthetics clinics — one new client covers the retainer
in a single visit
- Cosmetic dentists and orthodontists — one case pays for months of
the retainer
- Gyms, martial arts studios, and fitness centers — we already work
with a local martial arts academy, giving you a same-niche case study
to reference
- HVAC, roofing, and home service companies — average job is
$7,500–$9,500 and almost none of them are doing consistent video
- Auto detailing and ceramic coating shops — before/after content is
dominating TikTok right now and these owners know it

You will receive exact scripts and talking points for each niche.
You do not need to know the pitch math or understand video production.
Your only job is to get prospects curious enough to book a free
15-minute call. Everything after that is handled.

WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY:
- Research local Inland Empire businesses in the target niches using
Instagram, Google Maps, and Yelp
- Send 100 personalized cold DMs per day using provided scripts
- Add one specific personalization line to each message based on
something real about that business — a recent post, a service
they offer, something you noticed
- Follow up with non-responding prospects on a set schedule
- Book interested prospects into a Calendly calendar
- Update a shared Google Sheet tracking log every single day
- Send a short daily report: DMs sent, responses received, calls booked

You will NOT be closing sales, creating content, or managing
any social media pages.

HOW PAY WORKS:
- $300/month base — paid every Friday ($75/week) via Wise or PayPal
- $15 bonus for every prospect who shows up to a scheduled call
- $100 bonus for every client who signs and pays
- Show-up bonuses accumulate and are paid out together the next
time a client pays — within 7 days of that payment clearing

EXAMPLE: If you generate 8 show-ups and 1 of them becomes a paying
client, you receive (8 x $15) + $100 = $220 in bonuses on top of
your regular weekly base pay. Credits never expire.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong written English — messages must sound natural and
conversational, not copy-pasted
- Real experience with cold outreach, lead generation, or
appointment setting
- Organized and reliable — submitting daily tracking is
non-negotiable
- Available to work 4–5 focused hours per day consistently
- Comfortable navigating Instagram
