JOB OVERVIEW

Instagram Content Researcher (Remote)

We're looking for someone who understands what makes content perform in our niche — and can consistently spot winning Reels for us to recreate.

YOU WILL:
Scroll Instagram Reels within our niche daily (8h/day)
Find Reels that fit our content style and performance criteria
Document each one in a Google Sheet with:
Link to the original Reel
Creator name
Hook (first 3 seconds)
Reason it performed well
Your analysis of how this can be implemented

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Research and document 15-20 Reels per day within our niche
Communicate clearly why each pick fits our style, not just forward volume
Work independently and report progress on schedule, without needing follow-up reminders

REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable smartphone and computer
Stable internet connection
English proficiency (conversational, able to communicate clearly)
Ability to complete tasks on schedule and report reliably

NICE TO HAVE:
Prior experience in Instagram content research or trend-spotting
Understanding of hooks, pacing, and short-form storytelling
