JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant – Instagram Content & Video Editor

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who specializes in Instagram content creation and video editing. This role is fully remote and focused on helping grow and maintain an engaging Instagram presence through high-quality video content.

Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels and Stories
• Create engaging captions that align with brand voice and goals
• Add on-screen text, transitions, music, and effects
• Optimize videos for Instagram best practices
• Organize and manage content files efficiently
• Stay current on Instagram trends and editing styles
• Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience managing or editing content for Instagram
• Strong video editing skills
• Experience using CapCut is required
• Familiarity with other editing software is a plus
• Ability to write clear, engaging captions
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

• Experience editing real estate or lifestyle content
• Knowledge of Instagram analytics and engagement strategies
• Basic graphic design skills
