JOB OVERVIEW

We run a personal branding / coaching business and we're building out our official Done For You Instagram account ---------- — a page focused on proof: our best coaching moments, teaching, wins, and testimonials. We need a reliable content clipper to run this ONE account: go through our long-form footage, pull out the best moments, edit them cleanly, and post them as short-form reels every day.

This is a taste-driven role. You need real experience in content and personal branding so you can instantly recognise what makes a great clip — the hook, the moment, the payoff — inside a long recording. If you get excited about finding "the perfect 40 seconds" in a 90-minute mastermind, you're who we want.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (daily):
- Go through our long-form footage (masterminds, coaching calls, and other recordings) and identify the strongest moments.
- Clip them out and edit them cleanly: trim tight, add clear captions, crop to vertical 9:16, keep a consistent premium look.
- Write strong hooks and captions for each post.
- Log into our official Instagram account and post 2–3 short-form reels per day.
- Keep a simple tracker of what's been posted so nothing repeats.

YOU MUST HAVE (don't apply if you do not)
- Have real experience in content / personal branding and understand short-form (hooks, pacing, what makes people stop scrolling) — this is essential.
- Can edit cleanly and consistently in CapCut Pro (or similar) — captions, trimming, vertical formatting.
- Have genuine taste — you know which moments are worth posting and which aren't.
- Are reliable and consistent — this is a daily posting role.
- Are detail-oriented, follow direction, and communicate proactively.
- Are discreet with our footage and client content — confidentiality required.
- Have a laptop, stable internet, and can work with Instagram and Google Sheets.

WHAT YOU GET:

STEP 2 — Do the trial task:

- From that ONE recording, create THREE (3) short-form reels — the three best moments, fully edited and ready to post.
- Specs for each reel: vertical 9:16, 1080p, 20–60 seconds, clean captions timed to speech, tight edit (start on the hook, end on the payoff), consistent look across all 3.
- For each reel, add one line on WHY you chose that moment, plus a suggested caption/hook.
