JOB OVERVIEW

What We Do:
We specialize in organic Instagram and TikTok growth. Through psychology-driven targeting and consistent daily actions, we help accounts grow authentically. Every day, new followers come into our ecosystem, and we build relationships to convert these followers into real clients. Alongside that, we use outreach on platforms like Upwork to expand our client base and grow our services further.

Your Responsibilities:

Using our guidelines and tools to generate new followers every day
Reaching out to new, qualified prospects via cold messages (Instagram)
Following clear instructions and scripts while still communicating in a natural, friendly, and professional way

Flexible Work Hours:

Plan around 2 to 4 hours daily, depending on outreach needs.
Handle outreach on one to two Instagram accounts simultaneously.

Experience with:

Social media engagement / growth OR
Lead generation / cold outreach
(either one is a plus)
Upwork, or similar remote roles
Managing basic spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
CRM tools or simple lead tracking systems


Bonus Points:

If you can manage Upwork outreach too, that’s a big plus! We have tutorials to help you write proposals there.
