JOB OVERVIEW

Instagram Assistant (Reels Research & Editing)

We are hiring a Social Media Assistant to source and edit viral Instagram reels for our creators.

Responsibilities:

Find 15–20 viral reel ideas per week
Ensure all content is simple and easy to recreate (solo, no props, no complex setups)
Upload reel ideas to Google Drive
Edit reels using the Edits app (match original exactly)
Upload finished reels to “Ready to Post” folder

Requirements:

Experience with Instagram reels or TikTok content
Strong understanding of viral trends and hooks
High attention to detail (editing + timing + audio)
Fast worker and reliable
Able to follow strict instructions

Performance Standards:
Minimum 14 usable reels per week (per creator)
