JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, my name is Nate, and I'm looking for a long-term Growth Assistant to help me grow my digital marketing agency. I'm looking for someone who is proactive, organized, coachable, and confident communicating with U.S. clients. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the business.

Responsibilities
Cold DM potential clients on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Generate and qualify high-quality leads
Reply to inbound DMs and maintain professional conversations
Book qualified appointments on my calendar
Follow up with leads consistently until they respond
Keep the CRM and lead tracker organized and up to date
Attend weekly Zoo ---------- etings for planning and progress updates
Submit daily reports on outreach, conversations, and booked appointments

Consistently generating qualified leads
Booking sales appointments every week
Maintaining organized CRM records
Responding to prospects professionally and promptly
Helping improve our outreach process over time
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
Fluent English with clear pronunciation that U.S. clients can easily understand
Comfortable speaking with clients on Zoo ---------- etings
Experience with appointment setting, lead generation, cold outreach, or sales is preferred
Strong communication and people skills
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Highly organized, self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
Training & Growth

You'll receive training on our outreach process, sales workflow, and SOPs. We're looking for someone who enjoys learning, takes feedback well, and wants to grow into a bigger role as the business expands.
