Job Opening: Virtual Assistant (Philippines) – Customer Service, Admin & Marketing Support
About Us
We are a flooring and handyman/construction company serving residential and commercial clients. Our mission is to deliver quality work with excellent customer service. To support our growing operations, we are seeking 1–2 reliable and professional Virtual Assistants based in the Philippines to help manage customer communications, scheduling, and light marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Admin Support
Answer incoming calls with a positive, professional, and upbeat phone personality.
Schedule customer appointments and manage updates in our service systems.
Order supplies from Lowe’s, Home Depot, Sherwin Williams, and other vendors (via VPN).
Create and send estimates to customers, enter bills into QuickBooks, and update customer records.
Log in to Google Local Service Ads to monitor leads and ensure follow-ups.
Check and respond to customer and technician
Call drivers and technicians daily for status updates.
Call customers for post-service satisfaction checks.
Marketing & Communication
Use Mailchimp to send customer incentive offers and promotional
Post regularly to social media platforms with engaging content to increase visibility.
Assist in light marketing campaigns and promotions as directed.
Requirements
Excellent spoken English with neutral or minimal accent.
Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn multiple platforms.
Experience with QuickBooks, Google Local Service Ads, Mailchimp, and social media posting preferred.
Basic knowledge of construction or home improvement is a plus.
Previous call center or customer service experience strongly preferred.
Ability to work with a VPN and stable high-speed internet connection.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication.
Positive and adaptable personality with a willingness to improvise when needed.
Preferred Experience
Customer service in construction, home improvement, real estate, or related fields.

We are hiring for two roles:
Weekdays & Weekends – Coverage across both weekends and weekdays.
Weekday Mornings to Midday (U.S. Time) – Coverage for early morning to midday shifts.
