JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description

Primary Focus: Generate and qualify leads through daily outreach, follow up with prospects, and pass qualified leads to the next stage of the sales process. Work closely with the sales team to help turn qualified leads into closed deals.

Role Classification

Contract position (Remote).
Compensation: $4 per hour + performance-based bonus per closed deal.
Key Qualification:

1+ year of experience in inside sales and the ability to generate qualified leads that move to the next stage of the sales process.
Comfortable or able to do X outreach per day??
Clear and professional English communication skills
Good follow-up and lead management skills
Coachable and open to feedback
Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Qualification

Identify and generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound sales activities.
Reach out to prospects and understand their needs.
Follow up with leads and help move qualified prospects to the next stage.
Coordinate with the Sales Leader on qualified leads and opportunities.
Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and results.
Incentive Compensation:

$X bonus for each closed deal that comes from a qualified lead.
Additional bonus for exceeding monthly qualified lead targets.
