We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will make outbound calls, set appointments, and follow up with leads to support our team’s sales pipeline. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the team
• Follow up with leads via phone,
• Manage and update our CRM system with accurate lead information
• Learn and implement the team’s scripts, systems, and processes
Qualifications
• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Previous experience in real estate sales, telemarketing, or as an ISA is a plus
• Ability to work independently with excellent time management
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours
