You should be a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Agent looking to join a growing real estate team. Your role will be to make outbound calls, set appointments, and follow up with leads to support our team’s sales pipeline. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the team.
Follow up with leads via phone,
Manage and update our CRM system with lead information.
Learn and implement team scripts, systems, and processes.
Qualifications:
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Previous experience in real estate sales, telemarketing, or as an ISA is a plus.
Ability to work independently with strong time management.
Comfortable working US hours.
