About the Role

Shah Equity is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to conduct scheduled interviews with individuals who have already expressed interest in our Nominee Director and/or AI Innovation Fellowship programs.

This is not a cold-calling or lead-generation position. All interviews are with interested candidates. Your role is to explain the program, answer questions, determine whether the candidate wants to proceed, and guide them through the onboarding and contract-signing process.

What You'll Do
Conduct scheduled video interviews.
Explain the Nominee Director and/or AI Innovation Fellowship programs.
Answer candidate questions using approved company information.
Explain responsibilities and requirements.
Confirm the candidate understands the opportunity.
Guide candidates through the onboarding and contract process.
Update candidate status after each interview.

No prospecting, cold calling, or outreach is required.

Time zone: Central Time (CST/CDT)

All interview scheduling is based on Central Time.

Programs You'll Be Interviewing Candidates For

You’ll interview candidates interested in Shah Equity’s Nominee Director Program and/or AI Innovation Fellowship, explain the applicable program, answer questions, and guide candidates through the onboarding process.

Nominee Director Program: An administrative representative role associated with designated business entities and brokerage accounts used in connection with Shah Equity’s trading operations. The Nominee Director does not make trading decisions or manage trading strategy. Shah Equity handles trading operations and strategy.

Administrative responsibilities may include entity documentation, account administration, required forms, correspondence, and other responsibilities outlined in the applicable agreement.

AI Innovation Fellowship: A research-focused program exploring how AI can be applied to areas such as private equity, real estate, financial technology, quantitative finance, business operations, and technology. Fellows may complete research, theses, proposals, or articles.

Some candidates may be considered for both programs.

Compensation
₱9,400 per successful onboarding (approximately $150 USD)
Up to 250 successful onboardings
Paid weekly
Commission-based; no salary or hourly base pay
No guaranteed earnings
Interview Volume

Representatives should expect approximately 25–50 scheduled interviews per week, depending on candidate demand and scheduling availability.

Schedule

Flexible full-time or part-time schedule.

Candidates should provide their preferred working days and hours in Central Time (CST/CDT).

Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English required
Sales or interviewing experience required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Professional and confident presence
Ability to explain information clearly
Ability to follow company materials and onboarding procedures
Sales, recruiting, admissions, customer service, or candidate onboarding experience preferred
Required Introduction Recording
