About the Role
BridgeCom Systems is hiring a driven, coachable, and hungry Inside Sales Representative to join our growing global team. You’ll work from home, helping warm leads and interested customers learn about our plug-and-play radio solutions.
This is a real sales role for someone who wants to grow into a strong closer. You’ll be following up with leads, building relationships, handling sales conversations, and helping move deals toward the finish line using our scripts, systems, and training.

This is not a call center job. You’ll represent a real U.S. company, talk to real customers, and build real relationships over the phone, email, and text.

You’ll receive world-class sales training through Cardone University and daily mentorship. If you’re competitive, coachable, and ready to build a long-term career in sales, this could be a life-changing opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with warm leads and existing prospects
- Build relationships, qualify buyers, and move deals through the pipeline
- Use scripts and training to guide conversations and close sales
- Send quotes, follow up by text and email, and update the CRM (HubSpot)
- Learn and speak confidently about our radio products (training provided)
- Log daily activities and hit performance goals for calls, follow-ups, and sales
- Work closely with U.S. teammates for support, coaching, and accountability

Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Sales experience preferred (2–3 years outbound and/or inbound)
- Friendly, confident voice and strong phone presence
- High-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps) and backup power
- Quiet work environment and noise-canceling headset
- Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using web tools and scripts
- Willingness to learn about Ham Radio and our industry
- Experience in radio communications systems or technical support is a plus

You must have:
- A fast, reliable wired internet connection
- Backup power (UPS or generator preferred)
- Quiet workspace free from distractions
- A working headset with clear audio
- A Windows or Mac computer capable of running multiple apps
