Role Overview
This is a full-time, remote Inside Sales position. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting account growth. Your work will directly impact our ability to expand our national footprint and secure long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- High-volume cold calling to prospects in the U.S.
- Crafting and sending professional outbound sales
- Lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline management
- Qualifying prospects and booking intro calls
- Managing accounts and supporting client communication
- Updating CRM and maintaining clean records
- Assisting management with special projects, reports, and follow-ups
Requirements
- Perfect English — written and spoken (neutral accent required)
- Minimum 3+ years inside sales experience
- Proven success with cold calling and objection handling
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working U.S. hours
- High attention to detail, organized, and self-directed
- Experience using CRM platforms
- Background in facility maintenance, construction, B2B services, or related industries is a plus
