JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative based in the Philippines to join our remote team. The successful candidate will drive sales through outbound and inbound communication, manage customer relationships, and promote products across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and contractors
Respond to inquiries via phone, text, chat, and messaging apps
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Promote deals and specials on Facebook Marketplace and social media
Follow up with leads to generate sales opportunities
Communicate customer needs and order details to internal teams
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Experience in sales, telesales, or customer service preferred
Comfortable with outbound and inbound calls
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and social media messaging is a plus
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps recommended)
Functional computer with headset and webcam
Quiet workspace suitable for taking calls
Willing to work US or client-aligned time zones

Preferred Experience

HVAC, construction, or building supply industry
Inside sales or telesales roles
International clients or BPO accounts
