About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven, reliable, and people-focused individual to join our team as an Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist. This role blends sales and service—handling inbound customer inquiries while also guiding prospects through the buying process.

If you’re someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and closing deals, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team with clear systems and structure.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Answer inbound calls from customers looking for pest control services

Identify customer needs and recommend the best service options

Close sales and schedule services

Provide excellent customer support and resolve any questions or concerns

Accurately input and manage customer information in our CRM

Follow scripts and processes while maintaining a natural, conversational tone

Work closely with team leads to improve performance and results

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills (clear, confident, and friendly)

Ability to build trust quickly over the phone

Comfortable handling both sales conversations and support-related calls

Coachable and willing to follow proven systems

Detail-oriented and organized

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
