Who we are
GoNano manufactures NuRoof, a nano-technology treatment that extends the life of asphalt shingle roofs. We sell to certified contractors across the US and Canada, and we're now launching direct sales to homeowners in Houston, Texas. You would be one of our first phone closers on that program.
What you'll sell
A roof treatment priced at $2,500–$6,000 depending on roof size, sold to homeowners who have already watched our video, submitted their roof for a Roof Health Score, and booked a call. No cold calling. No lead generation. Our team pre-qualifies every call before it reaches you.
What you'll do
Take 6–10 booked calls a day with US homeowners and close them on a single call where possible
Walk homeowners through their Roof Health Score and quote using our script and pricing table
Handle objections around price, spouse approval, timing, and "my roofer says…"
Take payment over the phone and hand off to our install scheduler
Follow up on unclosed calls by phone, SMS and
Log every call accurately; your recordings will be reviewed weekly for coaching
You must have
Native-level spoken English with a neutral accent — US homeowners must never struggle to understand you. This is non-negotiable and is the first thing we screen.
2+ years closing over the phone, ideally tickets of $2,000+ (home services, solar, insurance, financial products, high-ticket coaching all count)
Comfort taking payment on the call and asking for the sale every time
A quiet workspace, a wired internet connection, a USB headset, and a backup power/internet plan
Reliability on a night-shift schedule
Nice to have
Home improvement, roofing, solar, or insurance sales background
HubSpot experience
Experience with US Texas customers
What we're not
Not commission-only. Not cold calling. Not a coaching program. You'll know exactly what you're selling, what it costs, and how you get paid.

Part 1 — Read this exactly as written, at a natural conversational pace:
Hi Mr. Delgado, this is [your name] calling from GoNano — you booked this call after checking your roof's health score online. Thanks for making time. So I've got your report pulled up here. Your roof is a 3,200-square-foot architectural shingle roof, about eleven years old, and it scored a 61, which puts it in the "Aging" zone. That means the shingles are still structurally sound but they're losing the oils and granules that protect them from Houston sun and hail. Our NuRoof treatment restores that flexibility and typically adds 5 to 7 years of life. For your roof, the investment is $5,760, paid in full, and that includes a 10-year limited warranty registered in your name. Compare that to a full replacement — most Houston roofers are quoting $18,000 to $24,000 for a roof your size right now, and your insurance deductible alone is probably two percent of your home's value. Does it make sense to walk through what the warranty covers, or do you want to talk about scheduling first?
Part 2 — Respond in your own words (no script, 60 seconds max) to this homeowner objection:
"Look, it sounds fine, but $5,700 is a lot of money for something that's basically a spray. My roofer told me these coatings are a gimmick and I should just save for a new roof. I'm going to have to think about it and talk to my wife."
Part 3 — 30 seconds: the biggest deal you've closed over the phone — what it was, what it cost, and what got it over the line.
