About the Role
We are looking for highly driven and motivated Inside Sales Associate (Outbound Caller) to join our growing team in the business financing industry.
This role is focused on outbound lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting. You will be the first point of contact for potential business clients—guiding them through the application process and connecting qualified prospects with our closing team.
This is a fast-paced, performance-driven opportunity ideal for individuals who are coachable, competitive, confident on the phone, and motivated by high earning potential.
Trial & Recruitment Process (Required for All Applicants)
All candidates are required to complete a 4-day trial process as part of the recruitment and evaluation process. Performance during the trial will determine:
- Your qualification for the role
- Your final job offer
- Your starting hourly rate within our compensation range
Trial Schedule
Day 1:
Training on systems, scripts, objection handling, and live roleplay sessions
Days 2–4:
Live outbound calling using the company dialer
Trial Requirement
To successfully pass the trial, candidates must:
- Secure at least 1 qualified appointment during the live calling days
- A “qualified appointment” is not simply an interested lead
- The lead must be reviewed and approved by management/closers as a legitimate qualified transfer
Trial Outcome
If successful:
- Receive a $50 USD trial payout
- Receive an immediate ISA job offer
- Compensation package will be based on trial performance
If unsuccessful:
- The recruitment process will conclude with no further obligation from either party and $50 will not be paid
Work Schedule
Monday to Thursday only (4-day work week)
8 hours per day
Must be available during U.S. business hours
(10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT)

Key Responsibilities
- Make 250+ outbound calls daily to potential business clients
- Guide prospects through the credit application process
- Collect and organize required documentation: Signed credit application, 6 months of bank statements, Voided check, Valid government-issued ID
- Upload completed files into the company system
- Ensure submissions meet “full package” underwriting requirements
- Transfer qualified clients to a live closer
- Maintain consistent pipeline activity and performance metrics
Compensation Structure (Post-Trial)
- Hourly Rate
- $5–$7 USD/hour (Final rate determined based on trial performance and overall evaluation)
- Commission Structure
$20 per qualified appointment
$50 per closed deal
$50 recurring bonus for repeat deals from your clients

- Fluent in English with clear and neutral communication
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours
- Financially motivated and goal-oriented
- Energetic, confident, and persuasive on calls
- Able to handle high daily call volume
- Sales experience is a plus (training provided)
