About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join our growing U.S.-based team, focused primarily on our Fire Alarm and Safety business.
This role is a strong fit for someone who wants to build a real future in sales. You will start by supporting lead generation, prospect research, lead organization, and follow-up coordination. As you gain experience, improve your communication, and prove your performance, you will be trained into Appointment Setting and may eventually grow into a Closer role.
This is not just a basic support position. It is a long-term opportunity for someone who is coachable, organized, strong in English, and serious about growing in sales.
Growth Path

What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities will include:
>>>Researching potential clients online
>>>Building targeted lead lists
>>>Finding key decision-makers and accurate contact details
>>>Organizing and updating lead data in spreadsheets or CRM
>>>Supporting lead qualification based on company criteria
>>>Assisting with outreach preparation and follow-up tracking
>>>Helping maintain a clean and organized sales pipeline
>>>Supporting appointment-setting efforts as training progresses
