REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 2 years of ISA, inside sales, telemarketing, or related experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident and positive on the phone
• Strong active listening skills
• Resilient and comfortable handling rejection
• Goal-oriented and motivated to hit targets
• Reliable internet, quality headset, and quiet workspace
• Must be willing to work the graveyard shift
