Davis Capital helps U.S. seniors and families find the right health and Medicare plans. We receive daily warm inbound leads, people who requested information.

We’re growing fast and seeking driven, high?energy appointment setters to call warm leads, accept automatic dialer calls, transfer live calls, and book appointments for our licensed agents.

This is not a basic appointment-setting job. This is sales. If you’re competitive, hungry to win, and committed to hitting targets, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do
Call warm leads who already asked to be contacted
Take incoming calls from our automatic dialer
Follow a simple, proven script and call flow
Transfer LIVE CALLS to agents
Ask qualifying questions and book appointments
Keep accurate notes and updates in our CRM
Meet daily call, set, and show metrics
Bring energy, creativity, and persuasive communication
Maintain a can-do, solution-oriented attitude

Schedule
Full-time
PH nights / U.S. daytime
(Exact schedule provided during interview)

Compensation
Competitive base rate: $4–$5 per hour
