Hiring an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) requires a description focusing on their role in driving revenue remotely by managing leads via phone/email, understanding customer needs, and closing deals, all while meeting targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting using CRM tools like Follow Up Boss. We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Inside Sales Agent to join our growing sales team. The ISA will be responsible for generating and closing sales remotely, focusing on customer acquisition and relationship building through phone, email, and virtual platforms to drive revenue and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities:

Lead Management: Identify, qualify, and nurture new and existing leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.

Customer Engagement: Build rapport, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate the value of our products/services.

Sales Execution: Setup appointments, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
CRM & Data: Maintain accurate records, track activities, and manage customer information within our CRM system (e.g., Follow Up Boss ).

Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of our offerings, updates, and competitive landscape to position solutions effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer success teams for seamless lead handoffs and customer experiences.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, particularly inside sales or remote selling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
