JOB OVERVIEW

Job post: Inside Sales Agent (Real Estate) – Remote (Full-Time)
Mission: Call every lead in under 60 seconds, qualify fast, and book same/next-day appointments. Speed + volume = results

What you’ll do
• Call/text new leads instantly; maintain <60s response time and push for same/next-day slots
• Run a proven follow-up cadence: double-dial + VM + text on day 1; 2 calls/day on days 2–3; 1 call + 1 text/day for days 4–7
• Qualify in 3–5 minutes: buying/selling, timeline, working with an agent, budget/pre-approval.
• BAMFAM: Book a meeting from every conversation; no “we’ll get back to you”
• Send reminders: auto 24h/12h/3h + manual night before, morning of, 60 min prior
• Log everything in CRM, follow scripts, and improve from daily coaching.

• Response time: <60 seconds
• Daily: 60+ dials, 8+ connects, 3+ qualified appointments
• Show rate: 70%+
• Quality: Accurate notes and clean CRM

You’re a fit if
• Clear, neutral spoken English; easy to understand at normal speed.
• Phone sales/appointment-setting experience (real estate, marketing agency, SaaS, or BPO).
• Hungry, coachable, and comfortable with quotas and weekend/evening shifts.
• Tech-ready: Reliable internet, quiet space, headset; can learn dialer/CRM fast.
Tools we use
• Dialer (Aircall/Twilio/OpenPhone), CRM (GoHighLevel), SMS, Calendar(Calendly/Google Calendar.
Compensation
• Base + per qualified appointment + show bonus (OTE tied to hitting targets).
• Weekly SPIFFs for top show rate/most qualified bookings.
Schedule
• Shifts: 9a–1p and 4p–9p local, 5 days a week. On-call rotation for <60s response. Start with 20–30 hrs/week total coverage and expand as volume grows
